Personalisation with Zazzle

While the husband finishes up our bathroom and I scour Pinterest and DIY sites for inspiration for our kitchen, I have also been seeking out a few finishing touches for Cheeky Chap’s bedroom and the lounge.

At school, Cheeky Chap has recently begun talking about time and he has asked a lot of questions about telling the time. I have found it quite tricky to help him to understand the concept of, for example, five minutes past the hour meaning the big hand is on the number one. Even sussing out on the hour and half past the hour has been tricky. Now, I’m not altogether fussed. I know it is a skill he will develop when he is ready (and actually I am not sure what the right sort of age that is meant to be!) but I have long been looking for a clock for his bedroom and ideally, one that would help him to learn the time.

When Zazzle got in touch with me and asked if I would like to review some of their items, I found the perfect clock pretty much immediately.

Zazzle Clock Review

With it’s bold colours, choice of round or square shape and personalistion option this clock would be a great addition to any child’s bedroom.

We also received a bag, which again can be personalised and a poster.

Zazzle review

Cheeky Chap adores this personalised stegosaurs bag, using it for PE or when we go swimming and it was especially useful when he was doing his nativity. Many kids take their costumes for plays and assemblies in carrier bags and items easily become mixed up and get lost. We had no such issue this year. No doubt he will use this bag when he starts football or another extra-curricular activity once I pass my driving test. It’s durable, machine washable, easily adjustable with drawstring and at £13.20 is a reasonable price. There are a ton of designs to choose from or you can even upload your own image to customise it further.

Zazzle have a huge variety of products on their site to choose from, including posters. In our lounge we have one long, blank wall that needs “something” on it. In an ideal world I would love to have a large, quite ornate mirror on that wall. However, mirrors the size that wall needs do not tend to be cheap and will take some saving up. On browsing the Zazzle site, I came across a huge selection of posters and thought I could frame one for the wall. I am a huge fan of positive affirmations and, as cheesy as some people find them, I really do think that on the whole positivity and gratitude breeds positivity. I love the message behind this poster and we are going to buy another one to go on the wall and perhaps one for our entrance hall too.

I will certainly be looking to Zazzle for some more items to finish off our home.

Disclosure: I received the above items for the purpose of this review. All words and opinions are my own
